In order to support convivial meetings which will give to our customers unforgettable moments, the microbrewery Les Bieres de la Nouvelle-France recently took an historical turn. A very recent decoration, a new table (which emphasizes the regional products) and a new service were conceived to re-create "the spirit" that emerged from the inns and the pubs at the time of New-France: festivities, music, friendship, share, good flesh and good drink. The service "à la Franquette" wants to be simple and jolly. You may also help yourself with meat dishes, vegetables, potatoes, sausages and round loaf. Several complementary dishes can be prepared: the meat pie, cheese plates or “bouchies” (snacks) and the crosteles (canapés) which can be taken at the beginning or the end of the feast.

The staff wears the traditional costume of the XVII century’s innkeeper, the background music and aroma which emerges from the kitchen, will bring you back to ancient time. The Mussels & Fries and Chinese Fondue are side orders to this new concept, considering their great popularity. The Brewer (visit of the microbrewery with a guide and a pallet of tasting) is an excellent way to start the meal.

Also, the Gourmet Brewer adds to the pleasure with tree snacks made up with beers that we produce. Then, if its for a simple drink, a visit of our installations, a meal between friends or colleagues of work, a voyage organized by bus, a family celebration or even a wedding, the microbrewery Les Bieres de la Nouvelle-France is the place indicated for an historical and… beneficial entertainment!
